| Incident: | This customer purchased almost $186 worth of product with $181 worth of shipping. Product was shipped to the address the customer typed in to our website and the product came back with the New Zealand postal service stating the address was no good. The customer then did a charge back of the full order including the freight before discussing anything and we are out $181 in postal money that we can not recover. | ||
